1. Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how Hidden Omen (“Hidden Omen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles production, fulfillment, and delivery of all orders placed through HiddenOmen.com (“Site”).
All Hidden Omen products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners.
Shipping times may vary by destination, carrier performance, and order volume.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, in addition to our Terms of Service, Terms of Sale, and Return & Refund Policy.
2. Production & Processing Times
2.1 Production Time
All items are produced individually. Average fulfillment time is:
2–7 business days
(Not including weekends or holidays.)
During peak periods—such as holidays or major sales—production times may extend.
2.2 Order Verification
Orders are processed once:
Payment is authorized
The order has cleared our fraud-prevention review
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment disputes or failed authorization attempts.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after production is completed.

Delivery time may vary due to:
Carrier delays
Customs processing

Hidden Omen is not liable for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Destination country
Product category and weight
Number of items ordered
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, and each will have a unique tracking number.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Hidden Omen or our fulfillment partners.
5. Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
Your tracking link
Carrier information
Estimated delivery window
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the shipment.

6. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
However, we cannot ship to:
Countries under U.S. embargo
Certain military or P.O. box addresses
Locations where carriers cannot safely deliver
Hidden Omen reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped due to regulatory or logistical restrictions.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders:
Customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
The customer is solely responsible for all such charges upon importation.
Hidden Omen cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare lower values.
Customs inspections may cause delays outside of Hidden Omen’s control.
8. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Hidden Omen is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
Customer typos or omissions
Missing apartment or unit numbers
Incorrect postal codes
Autofill or device-generated errors
Carrier rerouting
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
Reshipment fees will apply
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If unclaimed for 30 days, the package may be donated or destroyed without refund
Always confirm your address before placing an order.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
9.1 In-Transit Issues
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate.
9.2 Lost Packages
A package is considered lost when the carrier confirms it cannot be located.
Upon verification, Hidden Omen will provide one free replacement order.
9.3 “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer did not receive the package:
Check the surrounding area (porch, mailbox, building lobby).
Confirm with neighbors or property management.
Contact your local post office.
Allow 3–5 business days (carriers sometimes scan early).
If still not located, we will investigate with the carrier.
Final resolution depends on carrier confirmation.
10. Multiple Shipments
Your items may be shipped in separate packages depending on:
Fulfillment center location
Product type or availability
Packaging requirements
This is standard for made-to-order production.
Each shipment will have a unique tracking number.
11. Pre-Order & Limited Release Items
Pre-order or limited-release items may have extended production or delivery times.
Any special timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
12. EU / UK Delivery Rights
Customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom acknowledge that Hidden Omen is a U.S.-based made-to-order brand, and production + delivery may exceed 30 days during peak seasons.
Local statutory rights remain unaffected where required by law.
13. Force Majeure
Hidden Omen is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Political instability
Labor strikes
Carrier shutdowns
Pandemics or public health emergencies
System outages
14. Changes to This Policy
Hidden Omen may update this Shipping Policy at any time.
The version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
