Hidden Omen — Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

1. Overview

All Hidden Omen products are made to order and produced individually by our contracted fulfillment partners.
Because each item is created specifically for you, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Color preferences

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Failure to read product descriptions or sizing information

However, we will provide a replacement or refund in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Misprints

  • Damage during production or delivery

  • Shipments lost in transit

This policy applies to all purchases made through HiddenOmen.com.

2. Reporting an Issue

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must report the issue to Hidden Omen within 30 days of:

  • The delivery date shown by the carrier, or

  • The estimated delivery date for lost-in-transit shipments

To submit a claim, email:

Your email must include:

  1. Full name

  2. Order number

  3. A detailed description of the issue

  4. Photo(s) or video clearly showing the defect, damage, or misprint

  5. Photo of the entire product (front and back)

  6. For wrong items: a photo of the product label

Claims that do not include required documentation may be denied.

3. Eligible Returns & Replacements

An item qualifies for replacement or refund if:

  • It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted,

  • It is materially different from the product description,

  • The wrong item was sent,

  • The shipment is confirmed lost-in-transit by the carrier.

3.1 What Is Considered a Defect?

A defect includes:

  • Tears, holes, or fabric damage upon arrival

  • Misaligned or incorrect printing

  • Incorrect design or color entirely

  • Manufacturing errors verified by our fulfillment partner

3.2 What Is NOT a Defect

The following are not defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Color or tone differences due to screen displays

  • Slight variations in print placement

  • Minor production tolerances

  • Standard garment size tolerances (up to 2 inches)

  • Texture differences inherent to the fabric

  • Customer dissatisfaction with style, fit, or feel

These are standard in print-on-demand manufacturing.

4. Ineligible Claims

We cannot accept claims or provide refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong color or style ordered

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Customer error in shipping address

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Failure to submit a claim within the allotted timeframe

  • Claims unsupported by photographic/video evidence

All goods are produced specifically for the customer; therefore, all sales are final except for verified defects or fulfillment errors.

Returned items sent to Hidden Omen without prior authorization will be discarded, donated, or returned to the sender at their expense.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows the package has not moved or is marked as “lost,” contact us within 30 days of the estimated arrival date.

We will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms loss, we will send a free replacement.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify with your local post office

  3. Wait 3–5 business days (carriers sometimes scan early)

If still not found, contact us.
Final resolution depends on the carrier’s findings.

6. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The order may be returned to the sender or destroyed by the carrier

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs

  • Refunds will not be issued for the original order or shipping costs

Hidden Omen is not responsible for address errors caused by:

  • Customer autofill

  • Device caching

  • Typos or omissions

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

7. Refund Processing

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the defect or error was caused by Hidden Omen or our fulfillment partner

If payment information is invalid or inactive, alternative arrangements may be required.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • VAT and handling charges

These fees are non-refundable, even for returned or replaced items.

8.1 EU / UK Consumers – Withdrawal Rights

Under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications

  • Clearly personalized items

Because all Hidden Omen products are made-to-order, EU/UK customers cannot cancel or return their order based on withdrawal rights.

This exclusion does not affect rights related to:

  • Defective products

  • Non-conforming goods

  • Local warranty obligations

  • Manufacturing errors

9. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Review size charts and product descriptions before purchasing

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping information

  • Submit claims within the 30-day claim window

  • Maintain the product in unused condition when reporting defects

Failure to follow these requirements may result in claim denial.

10. Abuse of Policy

Hidden Omen reserves the right to refuse claims in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Repeated claims without evidence

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Misuse of return systems

We may ban accounts involved in abusive behavior.

11. Policy Changes

We may update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase will apply.
