What makes Hidden Omen products “made to order”?

Every item is produced after you place an order through our licensed fulfillment partner. This reduces waste and lets us keep quality tight. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery Time: Orders are made to order. Production takes about 2–7 business days, followed by shipping.
Estimated shipping times:

  • U.S.: 5–23 business days

  • Canada: 7–25 business days

  • Europe/UK: 5–25 business days

  • Australia/NZ: 10–30 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–35 business days

These are general estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally to most countries. Some embargoed locations and certain PO boxes/military addresses aren’t supported.

How much is shipping?

Rates are calculated at checkout based on item type, destination, and quantity. Orders with different items may ship separately.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the first carrier scan.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start production quickly, so changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Email HiddenOmenStudio@gmail.com immediately and we’ll try to help before production begins.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do

Contact us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it. If it’s returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, reshipment costs apply and original shipping isn’t refundable.

My package shows “Delivered,” but I don’t have it.

Check mail areas, neighbors, and your local carrier office. Allow 5 business days in case of early scans. If it doesn’t appear, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

What’s your return policy?

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We’ll replace or refund items that arrive misprinted, defective, damaged, or go missing in transit. See our Return & Refund Policy for how to file a claim within 30 days.

Do you offer exchanges for size or color?

We don’t offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues on made-to-order items. Please check the size chart before purchasing.

Do you have size charts?

Yes—each product page includes a size guide. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a relaxed fit. Also note that sizes may vary on collection and product.

What about color accuracy?

We do our best to represent colors, but screen settings and fabric can cause slight variations. Minor differences aren’t considered defects.

Will items ship together?

Not always. Different items may ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Do you charge customs or import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. We can’t mark orders as gifts or lower declared values.

Do you accept gift cards or discount codes?

When available, you can enter codes at checkout. Most promos can’t be combined and may have expiration dates or item exclusions.

How do I care for my garment?

For best results: turn inside-out, machine wash cold, gentle cycle; avoid bleach; tumble dry low or hang dry; don’t iron directly on prints.

Are your hoodies shiny or matte?

Our current core hoodies are cotton-rich (approx. 60/40 cotton-poly) with a soft, matte handfeel. Sublimated or polyester-heavy items may feel smoother.

Do you do pre-orders or limited drops?

Sometimes. Pre-order ship windows will be shown on the product page. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.

Do you accept returns on face coverings or hygiene-sensitive goods?

For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on face coverings or sealed hygiene items once opened unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

I received a defective or wrong item.

Email HiddenOmenStudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll replace or refund per our policy.
